Once an appointment has been booked with one of our doctors and payment has been made through our website, there will be no refunds available. This is because our doctors reserve their time specifically for each individual appointment, and once that time has been reserved, it cannot be used for anyone else.

However, we do understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a credit towards a future appointment, but this will be at our discretion.

In the event that our psychotherapy center needs to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.
